By accessing or using esstore.store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. GENERAL

These Terms govern the use of esstore.store and all transactions conducted through ES Store. ES MONEY LIMITED reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on esstore.store.

"Agreement" means an agreement made between the Company and the Customer containing these terms and conditions.

"Customer" means a person who places orders for purchase of Products or books an appointment of Services through the Online Store or accesses to the Online Store.

"Hong Kong" means the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

"Online Store" means essstore.store and any associate web pages linked to it.

"Order" means an order for the purchase of Products and/or booking for an appointment of the Services.

"Product" means product(s) offered for sale through the Online Store and/or premium(s) associated with purchase of Product.

"Refund" means refund of credit to the Customer's credit card, Octopus / PayMe / AlipayHK / WeChat Pay HK/ BoC Pay (applicable on desktop web only) wallet and/or refund of Store Credit to the Customer's My Wallet.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

All products displayed on ES Store are subject to stock availability. ES MONEY LIMITED reserves the right to limit quantities, withdraw products, or modify product specifications without prior notice.

Product images and descriptions are for reference only and may differ from the actual product.

All Orders of the Product / Service placed by the Customer shall be subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company has the right to refuse to accept or reject any Order for the Product / Service in the Online Store without giving prior notice to the Customer.

The acceptance of Orders is subject to the stock availability of the Products . In case of shortage of the Products, the Company may allocate sales and deliveries at its sole discretion.

The Company will only accept Orders for delivery of Products / Services in Hong Kong.

The Customer must satisfy the following requirements before making any purchases in the Online Store:

age 18 or above;
be able to provide valid and correct personal and payment data on the Online Order Form, including but not limited to Customer's email address, billing address, delivery address, name, contact telephone number, billing information, and other information required by the Online Store;
pay for the Products and/or Services by the methods of payment as may be displayed on the payment section of the Online Order Form from time to time;
if paying by credit card, Customer must supply his/her credit card details when the Order is placed; and
sufficient credit balance of Octopus wallet, PayMe wallet, AlipayHK wallet, WeChat Pay HK wallet or BoC Pay wallet (applicable on desktop web only) for payment of the Order placed with the Company.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices listed on esstore.store are in $USD unless otherwise stated.

Payment shall be made by credit card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express), Apple Pay, Octopus, PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK, BoC Pay (applicable on desktop web only) (and/or Store Credit or any other method(s) specified by the Company from time to time. Virtual credit card is not accepted.

The Customer can pay for the Product / Service using the Store Credit in the Customer's My Wallet. If the Store Credit in the Customer's My Wallet cannot completely offset the total amount of an Order at checkout, the Customer must pay for the Product / Service by a valid credit card, Apple Pay, Octopus, PayMe, FPS, AlipayHK, WeChat Pay HK or BoC Pay (applicable on desktop web only).

Any Store Credit that partially or fully applied to pay the total amount of an Order will be deducted automatically to offset the amount of transaction during the checkout process. Unused amount of Store Credit (if any) can be used for future transactions of an Order before its expiry date. A confirmation will be sent to the Customer when the Order is placed successfully.

When the Customer uses the credit card for payment, the Customer must input the valid credit card information to proceed to payment. The Company will verify the validity of the credit card with its issuer and will then send a confirmation to the Customer if the credit card transaction payment is accepted. The credit card will be charged when the Order confirmation is sent to the Customer.

Prices may be changed at any time without notice. The final price payable will be confirmed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

5. ORDER PROCESSING

An order placed on esstore.store constitutes an offer to purchase products.

ES MONEY LIMITED reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is considered accepted only after payment authorization and confirmation has been issued.

The Company shall not be liable if delivery or pickup of the Product is delayed or unsuccessful, due to, including without limitation any of the following reasons:

incorrect information provided by the Customer (for example, incorrect delivery address or contact information);
no one is available to receive the Product when the Product is delivered;
fault due to third party courier; or
other circumstances that are beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

The Company reserves the right not to deliver the Product to a specific address, even if it is a Hong Kong address. Three to seven extra working days are needed for order delivery to outlying islands and remote areas. The exact delivery time depends on the dispatching schedule from the courier company.

Unless otherwise specified, the Customer is required to pay a specified delivery fee for delivery of the Product to the address specified by the Customer. The exact delivery fee will be subject to the designated address provided by the Customer and the delivery fee may vary from time to time.

Customer may be required to pay an additional delivery fee if the Customer did not provide the correct delivery address.

7. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are subject to our return policy and applicable laws in Hong Kong.

Products must be returned within the specified return period, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories included.

ES MONEY LIMITED reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to:

- opened or used items;

- software or digital goods once activated;

- items excluded under applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

8. WARRANTY

The information sheet of the Products may indicate that there is a Supplier Warranty.

Where a Supplier Warranty applies to the Product, the Customer shall send the Product or parts thereof directly to the relevant Supplier for repair or replacement in accordance with the terms of the Supplier Warranty. The Company shall not be liable for any Product related liabilities that are caused by the Supplier's error, negligence, or omission. All Product related liabilities shall be solely borne by the Suppliers.

All express or implied warranties, representations or statements relating to the Product or Service which are not contained in this Agreement are excluded.

The warranty period of the Product and accessories shall start from the date of purchase. The warranty shall continue notwithstanding any transfer of ownership of the Product/accessory item.

The Customer's sole and exclusive remedy during the warranty period shall be limited to repair or replacement.

9. USER ACCOUNT

Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account.

ES MONEY LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

10. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree not to:

- use esstore.store for unlawful purposes;

- interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website;

- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data;

- introduce malicious software or harmful code;

- misuse content or services provided on the website.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- product unavailability;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.

To facilitate access to information provided by or through Third Parties, the Company may provide or assist in providing links to external websites or resources for the Customer to access to at the Customer's sole discretion. The Company states that it has not approved or endorsed the contents contributed by Third Parties in the Online Store or any external websites linked to it.

When the Customer chooses to enter any of the linked external websites, the Company shall not be responsible to the Customer and/or any party, directly or indirectly, for (including without limitation, to):

the privacy practices of such external websites;
the availability of such external websites or resources, and any contents, advertisings, products, materials, goods, services or otherwise on or available from such websites or resources; and
any loss, destruction, or damage (including without limitation to accidental or consequential loss, destruction or damage) caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or in reliance on any such contents, advertisings, products, materials, goods, services or otherwise available on or through any such websites or resources.

14. PRIVACY

15. FORCE MAJEURE

ES MONEY LIMITED shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or disruptions in supply chains or telecommunications.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
